PAC 12 Fitness Challenge

Health & Fitness Week featuring the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge
Feb 23rd – 27th

During this week, there are several free events and fitness classes for all students. This is a joint collaboration between Recreational Sports, Engemann Health Center, and University Dining Hall.  Our goal during this week is to promote a healthy lifestyle and expose students to all the different fitness, health, and wellness opportunities that are available across campus.

The Pac-12 Fitness Challenge is open to all students and staff. See below for details:

Challenge Starts Monday, February 23

  • Sign-up:  Log on from any internet enabled device, and select USC. Signing up is easy, all you need is an email address.
  • Challenge Details: Log any health/wellness or fitness minutes (up to 120/day).
    • What does this mean? Yoga, meditation, mental health, lifestyle improvement workshops, healthy meals, and any type of exercise, even walking, biking, or boarding  to and from classes count
  • Who: All Trojans and affiliates
  • Challenge Length: Log minutes during the week of Feb 23 – 27, 2015, during any health, fitness/wellness activities.
  • Special Events: Monday is the Rivalry Challenge, so log minutes to BEAT the bruins! Fitness Challenge participants will be entered into a drawing to win prizes.
