Maymester 2015 Course Opportunity! SWMS 499, Food Culture and Food Politics in the Land of Plenty

Explore the dynamic relationships between food, politics, and gender in Los Angeles and the U.S. Pacific Northwest during a Maymester in Spring 2015. Offered through the Gender Studies Program, students taking SWMS 499 will closely examine interactions with food while in the field: in farms, restaurants, and in eateries long-established, as well as transient and mobile. Join Professor Karen Tongson as she navigates this unique experience for USC undergraduate students.

SWMS 499 beings May 18, 2005 and ends June 12, 2015.
