Pre-Graduate School Week

Are you thinking about going to graduate school after USC or in the future? Do you know what you need to do in order to apply to graduate school? What is a statement of purpose? How do you finance graduate school? What’s in the GRE Exam? If these are some of the questions you’ve been pondering about, then attend the workshops hosted by the Pre-Graduate School Advising Team. We are excited to offer “Pre-Graduate School Week” for the week of October 6th – October 10th, where we will offer a workshop each day relating to Graduate School. Below is a list of workshops we will offer:

  • Monday, October 6th, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., HNB 107: “Applying to Graduate School”
  • Tuesday, October 7th, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., HNB 100, “Statement of Purpose”
  • Wednesday, October 8th, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., HNB 107, “Resume & Interview Skills”
  • Thursday, October 9th, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., HNB 100, “Financial Aid & Graduate School Funding”
  • Thursday, October 9th, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., KOH 208 & KAP 305, “GRE Practice Exam with Princeton Review”
  • Friday, October 10th, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., KAP 309, “UT Dallas Founder’s Distinguished Graduate Fellowship Information Session”

Lunch will be provided for each workshop, except for the GRE Practice Exam. Space is limited, so please rsvp for each event at http://dornsife.usc.edu/fall-events/. More information can be found at the provided link, as well as in the attached flyers.
